Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions and applies to payments for custom website

development, hosting, maintenance and related services.

1. PURPOSE OF THIS POLICY

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refunds apply to the custom website

design, development, hosting and related services provided by SupaTech Software.

2. CUSTOM WEBSITE DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT

The once-off website design and build fee covers customised work performed specifically for the client.

Because each project is tailored to the client’s requirements, payments made towards website design and

development are non-refundable once work has commenced.

3. CANCELLATION DURING DEVELOPMENT

If a client cancels a website project after work has commenced, the client will not be entitled to a refund of

any amounts already paid. SupaTech Software may also invoice for completed work, committed costs or

other amounts that remain due under the agreed quotation or payment arrangement.

4. MONTHLY HOSTING & SUPPORT

Website hosting and related support services are charged monthly in advance. The monthly fee may vary

depending on the client’s hosting requirements and the services agreed with that client.

5. CANCELLATION OF HOSTING

A client may cancel hosting or related ongoing services by giving SupaTech Software at least 30 days’ written

notice.

• Cancellation will take effect after the 30-day notice period, unless another date is agreed in writing.

• The client remains responsible for fees due during the applicable notice period.

• Where services have already been paid for, they will generally remain available until the end of the relevant

paid period, subject to any outstanding amounts or suspension rights.

6. HOSTING REFUNDS

Hosting and support fees already paid are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by

applicable law or SupaTech Software agrees otherwise in writing.

7. NON-PAYMENT

If a hosting or other recurring payment remains unpaid, SupaTech Software may suspend the affected

website or related Services after reasonable notice. Services may be terminated if outstanding amounts are

not resolved.

Please include sufficient information to identify the relevant website or client account. We will acknowledge

receipt of the cancellation notice and confirm the effective cancellation date.
